Where do your windows come from?

BBO is a partner with Associated Materials — makers of the Alside line of replacement windows (Mezzo, Sheffield, UltraMaxx, and more). That means manufacturer warranties, wholesale pricing, and faster lead times. Stock vinyl double-hung in white is often ready in days. Specialty finishes or custom shapes ship from the factory in 2–4 weeks.

Can I pick up windows from Alside in Akron directly?

Yes — you can pick up at our BBO showroom OR the Alside Supply Center at 880 Moe Dr, Akron OH 44310. Order goes under BBO’s contractor account; just bring your BBO order number. We’ll text/email you when it’s ready and confirm which location.

Do you handle the rough opening framing?

Yes — if the rough opening needs adjustment for the new door or window, our install crew handles the framing changes. We’ll flag this during measure so there are no surprise costs.
